Exchanges
All sales are final. If you need to exchange for a different size, please contact us by email at PEO.Geneva.NY@gmail.com and we will try to accommodate the change. Exchanged merchandise must be in the same condition you received it.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or you need a different size or color. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at PEO.Geneva.NY@gmail.com and send your item to: 493 S Main St., Geneva, NY 14456.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 493 S Main St., Geneva, NY 14456.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
